How to stop parcels that are in transit

If your parcel is already in transit and you want to have it returned or redirected, you can use the following process:

  1. Click the "Need Help" button on the Track page.
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Here, you can update the category to "General Enquiry" and put the details of your request. Once done, click submit.
  3. Our Ops team will respond to your ticket within one business day.


Please note that once the parcel is in transit, there are no guarantees that this can be intercepted.
