If your parcel is already in transit and you want to have it returned or redirected, you can use the following process:
- To return the parcel to the sender
- To redirect to a different delivery address
- For other reasons not covered above, you can send us an enquiry through the FreightExchange portal:
- Click the "Need Help" button on the Track page.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can update the category to "1. Operations Enquiry" and put the details of your request. Once done, click "Submit".
- Our Ops team will respond to your ticket within one business day.
Please note that once the parcel is in transit, there are no guarantees that this can be intercepted.
