Return to sender (RTS) can be requested with the carrier but it is not guaranteed.
RTS are generally achievable except for the following situations:
- The parcel is already at the destination depot.
- The parcel is already out for delivery.
- The parcel has been delivered to the receiver. In this case you must create a new booking/consignment for the return.
If RTS is possible, the carrier will hold the parcel at the next depot and it will take 24-48 working hours to process the request with the new consignment number. Please note that an additional RTS fee will apply.
