Collecting from the depot is another option for the receiver to get their parcel aside from delivery.
Receivers may opt to collect their parcel from the delivery depot if it is taking too long or if they prefer to get it earlier than the scheduled delivery date.
Please note that the depot will need at least one business day to isolate the parcel for collection.
There are also instances where the carrier may initiate a depot collection:
- You missed the delivery
- The carrier does not service the area for delivery
Step-by-Step Guide
If you need to request a depot collection, you can follow these steps:
1. Click the "Need Help" button on the Track page.
2. A pop-up window will appear where you can update the category to "1. Operations Enquiry" and put the details of your request. Once you're done, you can click "Submit".
3. Our Ops team will respond to your ticket within one business day.
4. The depot will require at least one business day to isolate the parcel for collection. Once the freight is ready for collection, our team will let you know the depot address.
