There is a shortcut for booking returns on shipments that have already been delivered!

Step by Step Guide

To book a return shipment:

1. Navigate to the Track page

2. Search for the shipment you wish to return by reference number, tracking number, date or carrier etc

3. Click  ... > Book Return

4. Follow the Quote > Book steps
