Need help with your consignment deliveries?  It's easy to contact our Support Teams by sending your enquiries online.  


Step-by-Step Guide

To send an enquiry from your online account, follow these steps:


A. Booking has not been created. Quote is available at the Quote page:

  1. Go to your Quote page and search for the quote.
  2. Click the three dots button for the specific quote and select "Need Help".
  3. Fill out the enquiry form, then click the Submit button.



B. Booking is at the Book Page:

  1. Go to your Book page and search for the booking.
  2. Click the three dots button for the specific booking and select "Need Help".
  3. Fill out the enquiry form, then click the Submit button.



C. Booking is on the Track page:

  1. Go to your Track page
  2. Click the "Need Help" icon for the specific booking you want to enquire about. 
  3. Fill out the enquiry form, then click the Submit button.



D. For unregistered users following up on a specific consignment or booking:

  1. Go to www.freightexchange.com.au.
  2. Click on the Contact Us option at the top menu of the website.
  3. Fill out the enquiry form, then click on Submit.



Please note that our business hours are from 8 am to 5pm.  Any enquiries received on or before 5pm will be attended to on the same day. For enquiries sent outside of our business hours, we kindly ask for your patience as it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond.
