To request a password reset on FreightExchange, follow these steps:

1. Go to the FreightExchange login page.
2. Click the "Lost your password?" link below the login form.
3. Enter the email address associated with your FreightExchange account.
4. Click on the "Send me a reset link" button. 
5. FreightExchange will send an email to the provided email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
6. Open the email and click on the "Reset your password" button.
7. You will be redirected to a page to enter a new password.
8. Enter your new password and confirm it.
9. Click on the "Change Password" button to save your new password.
10. You will receive a confirmation message.  You should now be able to log in to your FreightExchange account using your new password.
