How To Send My Tracking Events to FreightExchange

Once the customer has booked a job under your company, FreightExchange will send you the manifest data for the allocated jobs via email.

FreightExchange then gives you the ability to send your tracking events to us via email, to allow our customers to track their freight movements.

Before you get started: It's important to know that when using the template, please carefully follow these instructions:

  • Only edit the copy in yellow - do not modify any other aspect of the email. This is very important.
  • Send one email per tracking event - select either Manifest Received, Picked Up or Delivered (remove the options you do not need). Eg. For Manifest Received - remove Picked Up/Delivered from the template
  • Ensure your Carrier name is included in the subject line
  • Paste the form into the body of a new email being careful to update the yellow fields only
  • Note that the only attachments allowed are a photo (if freight has Authority to Leave or ATL), or an image file of the scanned POD.
  • Send email to [email protected]
