Managing and Clearing Exceptions

Step by Step Guide

To manage and clear exceptions:

  1. Login to V1 as Super Admin user.
  2. Click Super User>Jobs.
  3. From the Administer Jobs screen, click the Quote Requested option.

  4. Open each booking on the list.
  5. Click on the Exceptions button at the top.

  6. Determine what the issue is, check all related booking information and action to resolve accordingly.
