Unless agreed with at least 24 hours notice, we do not provide technical or operational support on weekends or the following Australian Public Holidays:
- Christmas Day, Dec 25
- Boxing Day, Dec 26
- New Year's Day, Jan 1
- Australia Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Anzac Day
Customer Support will be on skeletal staffing during the holidays:
- Dec 22, 23, and 24, 2025 between 10am to 2pm SYD only
- Dec 29, 30, 31 and January 2 between 10am to 2pm SYD only
Technical support operates 24/7 year-round for Level 1 support tickets.
