Customer Support will be on skeletal staffing during the holidays:
- Dec 23, 24, 27, 30, and 31, 2024 between 10am to 2pm SYD only
- January 2-3, 2025 between 10am to 2pm SYD only
Technical support operates 24/7 year-round for Level 1 support tickets.
