Please note that general technical and operational support is unavailable on weekends and Australian Public Holidays unless arranged at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Christmas Day, Dec 25
  • Boxing Day, Dec 26
  • New Year's Day, Jan 1
  • Australia Day, Jan 26

Support for the following dates will be as follows:

  • December 24 - 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEDT

  • December 29- 31 - 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEDT  

  • January 2 - 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEDT

24/7 Support

Level 3 Technical Support tickets will continue to be processed 24/7 throughout the entire holiday period.
