When you click Book Pickup, your request is sent to the carrier for driver allocation immediately. The job will appear on the Track page.
Will it cost me extra to reschedule a pickup?
Usually you can reschedule the pickups for free unless:
- The driver has already attempted to collect the freight
- The driver has already been allocated for the pickup
- The freight has already been collected and you need the freight to be returned to the sender
We will notify you immediately when extra charges apply.
How to reschedule a pickup:
Go to the Track page:
Find the pickup you need to reschedule
Click the "Need Help" icon
Select "Pick up Follow up (customer)" and tell us your new pickup date
We’ll confirm via email
The scheduled pickup date will be updated on the job
Step by step instructions
1. Go to your Track page:
2. On the right side of the booking you'd like to reschedule the pickup, click the "Need Help" icon
3. A pop-up window will appear. From the dropdown, select "Pick up Follow up (customer)", indicate in the next field the request you'd like to make for the booking, then click submit.
4. The ticket will be received by our Operations team and will be attended within the day (business hours).
5. You will receive a response from our Operations team via email once the rebooking is completed.
