- All bookings with freight costs above $1000 and insurance coverage of $2500 above will be tagged as VIP.
- Pick up should be monitored accordingly.
- VIP bookings should be checked once a day for status updates to avoid possible escalations and issues.
- Sort out the list By Delivery Date.
Things to check and follow up on:- Pickups are completed on time
- Delivery ETA is correct and met by the carrier
- Untag high value VIP booking once confirmed delivered (based on carrier tracking) and no claims have been reported within 7 business days for high-value freight.
Untag VIP bookings on TNT Overnight (unless also high value) once confirmed delivered.
