CRL Express – Connect Your Account

One of the key features of FreightExchange is the ability for customers to bring their own carrier accounts to the platform. If you have an existing account and rates with CRL Transport, you can easily bring your own accounts across to FreightExchange to receive quotes, print labels and book and track shipments along side our other broker carriers.

Part 1: Get your CRL Express Account details

Account Number	Please provide the account number provided by CRL Express
Prefix	Prefix to be used for the connote number
CRL Express allocation start from	Connote range assigned by CRL Express for your account. By default, it will be set as 100000.
CRL Express Customer Name	Customer name for your CRL Express account
CRL Express Customer Code	Customer code for your CRL Express account.

To enable tracking please send the below email to your account manager

Hi <Account Manager>, 


I am setting up my account <insert account code> with my FMS partner FreightExchange for consigning the shipments. Can you please start sending the tracking events for my shipments to FreightExchange FTP.

Part 2: Set-up your Carrier Account

Once all the above steps are done, you can proceed to book your shipments without your rates being loaded.

If you prefer to upload your own rates, you can upload your rate card directly into your FreightExchange account.
