When you connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store to FreightExchange, make sure all your products are also listed on the portal. You can add products manually by going to Settings then Products, or just send us a CSV file with your Product List if you have a lot to upload. We've got a template for the CSV file that you can use as a guide. You can add more columns if you need to, but the basic details on the template are what we need on the portal.
