How to Track Your Consignment

FreightExchange gives you the ability to track your freight and stay updated on its progress and estimated delivery time. 


Step by Step Guide

To track your freight, follow these steps:


1. Login to your FreightExchange account.

2. Go to the Track page.

3. Use the search filters available on the Track page to find your booking. You can search using the booking number or postcodes. You can also utilize the Advanced Filters to filter the consignments you want to see in the Track page. 

4. Once you have entered the relevant details, click on the "Track Shipment" button for that specific consignment.

5. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the general tracking details of your freight. This will include information such as the current location of the shipment, estimated delivery date, and any updates or events related to the shipment.


- You can click on the public tracking link provided by the carrier systems. This will redirect you to the carrier's website, where you can access additional tracking details and information.


- If you have set up branded tracking for your shipments, you may see an option to open a new tab with the branded tracking interface. Click on the "Open New Tab" icon to view the branded tracking page.


- If you need to share the tracking information with your clients or colleagues, you can click on the "Copy" icon to copy the tracking link. You can then provide this link to others, allowing them to track the freight as well.
