To meet the demand for a white-labelled version of the FreightExchange (FE) platform, users can customise the FreightExchange functionalities to appear as their own branded platform. This includes using a customer-specific URL and incorporating their customer's logo and color scheme across the platform.
Additionally, users can manage multiple sub-accounts under their main account, enhancing the ability to maintain brand consistency while utilising FE's robust features. This setup allows for a seamless integration of FE's capabilities with the user's brand identity.
Setting Up Your White Labelled Platform Overview
To activate White Label, follow these steps:
Once the White Labelled platform is enabled in FreightExchange, a "White Label Platform" button is added to the Account settings. This enables users to customize their portal view to align with their company’s branding guidelines. This kind of customization can greatly enhance user engagement by providing a familiar and branded experience.

- White Label App URL - The URL configured in the DNS provider.
- Website URL - this is the URL to your company's website
- Primary Brand Color - this is the main color applied to your branded platform. For better experience, we recommend setting a dark color on this part. Setting this to white will result to the texts not being visible since they will be the same color.
- Secondary Brand Color - this is the secondary color applied to your branded platform. It is recommended that a contrasting color to that of your primary brand color is set on this part.
- Company Logo - this is the company logo that will be placed on the top left corner of the branded platform. It should be transparent logo.
- Favicon - this is the icon shown on the tabs whenever you open your portal on a browser
