What you need to know before getting a quote 

In order to get a quote, you will always need to have ALL the following information ready:


 International movement 

  1. The pickup suburb, postcode and country (for example, Adelaide 5000 Australia)
  2. The destination suburb, postcode and country (for example, Venice Beach 90291 USA)
  3. The commodity you're shipping (for example, fish, bolts, rubber hoses)
  4. How the commodity is packed (pallet, carton, satchel, 20 foot container)
  5. The weight
  6. The dimensions or volume of the packaged goods
  7. Any special instructions
  8. The incoterms if relevant
  9. When the goods are ready to ship


Domestic movement - Full Truck Load (FTL) or Crane Deliveries


  1. The pickup suburb, postcode and country (for example, Adelaide 5000 Australia)
  2. The destination suburb, postcode and country (for example, Syndey NSW 2000)
  3. The commodity you're shipping (for example, fish, bolts, rubber hoses) always mention if it is Dangerous goods or Perishables items as there are specific requirements to transport them
  4. How the commodity is packed (pallet, carton, satchel, 20 foot container)
  5. The weight
  6. The dimensions or volume of the packaged goods
  7. Any special instructions
  8. The incoterms if relevant
  9. When the goods are ready to ship, if this is a pick up or delivery to/from a warehouse or 3PL please provide reference numbers or docket number ( If required )
  10. Site contact from point A to point B
  11. Operating hours for both ends


How to raise a quote request as an enquiry on a job

  1. Navigate to the relevant enquiry screen
  2. Create a new Quote Request enquiry
  3. Provide all of the quote request information

How to raise a quote request via chat

Step by step

  1. From anywhere on the site, click the chat icon
  2. Select the "I'd like to get a quote" option and follow the prompts to connect with a member of the team
  3. Tell the chat operator that you need a specialised FTL or International quote
  4. Provide all of the information listed above
