How to find your barcoded labels on the platform
To print your labels, please follow the steps below on how to print it:
- Click the first icon on the left hand side for “Manage Bookings”.
- Click the ‘Booking Number” you need to get the labels for.
- Print or download the file to your computer from the Shipping labels, documents and attachments section of the booking details page..
Hint: Please note that shipping labels will be available as soon as tracking number has been generated for your booking.
If there are no labels available yet, our Operations team may still be waiting for you to clarify information or provide a photo of your packaged freight.
