If you have booked a shipment containing more than 15 loose cartons/boxes, we suggest for you to either palletise or upgrade to a loose carton carrier.

1. Palletise the freight

Most commercial carriers prefer bulk freight to be palletised, hence, customers are advised accordingly when they have chosen a quote under these carriers.

If the customer decides to proceed with this option, he will be required to send the updated dimensions and weight of the palletised freight so the booking can be re-quoted accordingly.  The need to book-in a tail lift, if required, can also be arranged and quoted at the same time.

2. Upgrade to a loose carton carrier

The customer can opt to get the job allocated to a carrier who specializes in loose cartons, if they do not wish to palletise their freight.

If the customer decides to proceed with this option, he will be given an updated quote to confirm his acceptance.  If additional cost is applicable, customer will need to settle outstanding invoice before booking can be proceeded.
