You can view all of your shipment details, including your requested and booked up dates on the Manage Bookings screen.

Pickups and deliveries are made anytime during the business you specified when making the booking, typically between the hours of 9am to 5pm.

Pickup dates and times can change due to:

  • Location (i.e. rural or suburban locations)
  • Peak periods (for example COVID, Christmas)
  • Bad weather
  • Heavy traffic
  • Availability of specialised equipment such as tailgate trucks

If your goods are not picked up on your requested date, we will automatically rebook your freight for the following day.
