If freight is already in transit, we will need to liaise with the carrier to locate your freight and confirm the feasibility of your request. Kindly confirm the new delivery address so we can check for applicable costs for the said request. Upon your approval and payment for the generated invoice, the request will be sent to the carrier for processing. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for processing.
