You will receive an instant refund if:
- We did NOT issue you with barcoded labels and
- You do not have an outstanding balance with us.
If you paid by bank transfer
Please provide us your BSB and Account Number so that we can process your payment.
Have you received barcoded labels?
If we have already issued you with labels, we will issue a refund or credit note, minus any carrier or cancellation charges, within 5 working days.
All cash refunds are provided net of any current outstanding balances on your account.
